- Embed this notice@BowsacNoodle @Terry @dew_the_dew don't want to spread bacteria around the fridge. particularly to veggies. or dry the uncovered thing out. really just generally don't want to be evaporating stuff inside the fridge any more than necessary
condensation shouldn't be an issue. as long as the fridge is at an acceptable temperature it should cool off more than fast enough unless you do something like stick a full size stock pot in there without first cooling it on the counter for a while
I mean if it's fully cooked it's not a big deal but I don't like dried out food and when condensation starts forming on every surface in the fridge it quickly gets gross in there
