Pal@eniko @Impossible_PhD Freedom of speech is a right that is valued but that right comes with responsibilities. That’s why there are laws that among others define hate speech. Free speech absolutists are completely reckless. We somehow are losing our way to these absolutists without any kind of accountability. I think that the Fediverse has an opportunity to define a standard on how we handle this accountability. That’s by no means guaranteed right now though.
