Trit’@thomasfuchs In France, hateful speech is illegal and punished by law. Free speech is a constitutional principle, but abuse of it (harrassement, defamation, promotion of nazism) is not allowed. Because freedom can not exist without boundaries, and it is defined by “everything that do not harm other people”.
