@zaitcev @Kirino @bot @Moon @animeirl I've heard in some places there are signs people can show to make it more clear that they'd like to be approached, like a flower in a girl's hair on the right side or similar. But for something like that to happen, you have to have a cohesive culture, which hasn't been the case for us for many years.
