tinydoctor@simsa03 You should try Amtrak. I thoroughly enjoyed travelling by train in Europe, including Germany. It was so much better than travelling by airline. The things you fear about travelling by rail are exactly the things I fear about traveling by air in the United States. I'd travel by rail if it was available here in Kentucky even though Amtrak sucks.
