    Even WordPress plugins fall under the (A)GPL, so MRF certainly does too.

    However only the copyright holder can take action, not the general public. MRF was invented by Kaniini: https://git.pleroma.social/pleroma/pleroma/-/merge_requests/112 So Kaniini and Lain hold the copyright.

      This branch introduces the Message Rewrite Facility (MRF). The MRF is a configurable hook which acts on ActivityPub objects which have been normalized to Pleroma's ActivityPub-based IR.
