Kaspa (kaspa@poa.st)'s status on Monday, 03-Jul-2023 19:29:04 JSTKaspa @CatLord @graf It's because the packaging you buy it in is non breathable and usually plastic so the water vapour released during the process of the cheese maturing is trapped in the packaging and not able to evaporate. Sometimes it's liquid whey or fatty acids, depends on the cheese. Luv me cheese 🥰
