A small number of people--apparently with *very poor guidance or abandonment from their peers* may commit suicide over delays in getting HRT. That is likely to be, in most cases, something *supported* by the idea that HRT denial is genocide. HRT denial is an error, one that can be corrected. But it's not genocide.
