Well I'm talking about the law, not what should or shouldn't. Specifically we're talking about the civil rights act (which prevents you from discriminating based on race/sex/etc.) vs the 1st amendment (compelled speech in this case).

Basically, human rights won and the leftist morons have lost their shit over it.
