I don't disagree with that statement but the damage has already been done....to my body at least.
You should hear the batshit stuff I went through to start getting better. Doctors...test...a surgery. I read darn near every study.
I cracked open medical manuals from the 1800's to finally start getting my life back.
Oh well. C'est la vie.
