    Remember, just to get out of jail, I had to admit, on paper at least, to sending the email. Even my public defender didn't believe me.

    The feds got involved months later when he left me this voice mail message. I figure.... that's illegal, right? Well the agent that was already assigned to the guy was suddenly super interested in talking to me.

    So what I ultimately got from that was, someone who actually fucking believed me, with the ability to tell local PDs to fuck right off.

    The county prosecutor overseeing the juvenile case that got absolutely fuxx0red over this, she, being a lawyer, knows never to use the word "sorry". But she's super duper nice to me in the halls now. Lots of smiles. Won't look me in the eye.

    So given that they're very careful not to admit fault, and that what was ultimately abused was *probation* ("oh, if you didn't hack your school's website, that would never have happened, your fault, no sympathy"), I'm likely not going to get any compensation. Again, this is why I lie, cheat, and steal anything I want. That's my compensation. I steal cryptocurrency from drug dealers in countries w/o MLAT treaties with the US, and then I play League of Legends all day.

      @roboneko@bae.st Just btw, he's also - Swatted Sony Entertainment CEO John Smedley dozens of times - Made bomb threats to an airline to cause said CEO's plane (and hundreds of passengers) to be grounded for multiple hours and searched for bombs - DDoS'd Xbox Live and PlayStation Network for multiple days during Christmas with a botnet that was handed to him, causing millions of dollars in damage to these companies - Called Network Solutions and asked very nicely for access to access to teslamotors.com, which he defaced - Used that domain control to receive emails for the domain, including password resets for Elon Musk and the Tesla Motors account - Defaced those accounts, with my name and phone number, causing thousands of Tesla fanboys to harass me for a free car - Defaced the Malaysia Airlines website, again with my name - Opened dozens of credit cards, mortgages, and auto/boat loans in my name - Had our gas, electric, water, cell phone, and cable services shut off multiple times Multiple bomb threats, hundreds of swatting calls, millions of dollars lost for Fortune 100 companies... This person cannot hack their way out of a wet paper bag. A Skype account was all that was needed to commit international terrorism. I don't care how young someone is. I don't care if I kicked him out of *my* IRC network. I don't care if I talked about snitching on his "friends". There is no valid justificaiton for this behavior. Anybody who does even a tenth of that shouldn't be sent home with cookies and milk. They need to catch federal terrorism charges, just like you or I would if we did those things. His punishment from a Finnish court, for literally 500,000 counts of computer tampering, was a two year suspended sentence. Probation. He was not in court to receive the sentence, he was gallavanting in a different country. This is why I have a very hard time believing Finland has a low crime rate; They appear to not prosecute crimes. It's also why I ask feds "Why don't I just go there, murder him, and take my week at a summer camp prison?" and again, I'm told "I understand you're frustrated but there's a process and you have to let it work." The process didn't work. All of this is my moral justification to lie, cheat, and steal anything I want, as long as I properly cover my tracks. I could steal a million dollars and still not cause 10% of the damage this faggot has.
