To clarify for others: Mastodon server and webclient code is free and open source software. Also, because of AGPL every instance is legally required to provide source code once requested.
Truth Social was a famous Mastodon modification and was forced to release their source code.
The reason LibreJS is blocking it is just because Mastodon does not provide this licence information to the user's browser, only on their website and code repository. So LibreJS does not know if it's free or not.
You can safely add Mastodon to the whitelist.
