stienman@armadsen @thomasfuchs my expectation is that the next decade will bring AI assisted programming, and tablet first IDEs emerge and become, if not dominant, a major portion of new app development. Computing power is cheap and plentiful - inefficient and slow manual programming will only be used for specialized (low power embedded, low level) uses, everything else will just be a paragraph of an app description and a generated program.
