My believe that you should work where you work best, office, WFH, train, beach, park bench, is a lot stronger. Zoom and such tire me out a lot more than in person pairings. But when that isn't possible we'll figure something out and I block my calendar to decompress afterwards. Not that it matters as my current team is NA east coast while I'm in Amsterdam
