Laura Amalasunta@goatsarah Same with Italian and French; you'd use It. genere and Fr. genre for grammatical gender and sesso/sexe. In Italian 'trans', 'transgender' and 'transgenere' all exist, as does 'transsessuale', phrases like 'identità di genere'... but I don't think most of the population has much of an idea, unfortunately.
