People get hung up on the idea that you can only support one thing at a time when that often isn't the case for many people. For example you could have a Louisiana Catholic Cajun supporting a Cajun nationalism, a larger Southern Nationalist movement that's mostly Baptist but will carve out a homeland for them and a larger mostly secular national Fascist movement that offers the same.
