@Jofish5000 @Mrfunkedude gym today, three sets of three reps of 200 pounds on the bench press thingie* but I don't walk straight and can't squat more than the 45 pound bar because my knee is a piece of crap. I love aging is what I'm trying to say.
* Not trying to show off it's just that my new years resolution for my 58th year on earth is ten reps at my body weight. I've lost weight at the gym which is good but I still need another 20 pounds on that bar and seven more reps!
