   It's cold in the house but I don't want to turn on the heater because gas is expensive right now.

   Which means it's time to turn on the electric personal heater!

     @vees Same, but a rolling laptop desk instead of a table. My dog couldn't care less about the heater.

     @Mrfunkedude Same here, I sit at a big wooden desk so I can put it under and the air currents pull it right up and around me. Also my dog loves to sit on the blanket next to it.

     @Jofish5000 @Mrfunkedude gym today, three sets of three reps of 200 pounds on the bench press thingie* but I don't walk straight and can't squat more than the 45 pound bar because my knee is a piece of crap. I love aging is what I'm trying to say.

     * Not trying to show off it's just that my new years resolution for my 58th year on earth is ten reps at my body weight. I've lost weight at the gym which is good but I still need another 20 pounds on that bar and seven more reps!

     @Jofish5000 @Mrfunkedude all I can say is, if you can get a PT prescription, do the PT and do the homework. I didn't do my PT homework very dutifully, and ended up with frozen shoulder and now waiting for a procedure-under-anesthesia to break up the scar tissue and frozen ligaments, followed by more PT.
