@graf @Fever @Moon @sim There are changes in develop that aren't in stable yet. When the policy was first created, the concept of a bot-account didn't exist yet, so it only checked the name. On develop it also checks if it's a bot-account, on stable not yet. Afaict this one would be considered a followbot based on the name (so also on stable). On develop a bot is also allowed to follow someone if the person in question first follows the bot.
