Are people misunderstanding that it's a good thing to help people see again?

If he convinces other people/orgs to give him money to then help other people that's a charity, and depending on how he runs there will be taxes.

Is he trading these eye surgeries for the folk's next born child or what's got people bent?

Has anyone checked the lifestyles of most eye surgeons and what sort of profit margin they operate under?
