I feel like that would come up after a phone screen, and if it was so global as to lead to a zero percent callback rate (I don't even get phone screens or interviews), surely it'd be something I'd hear about.
I'm a cisgendered white male, there is literally no incentive to hire me. I'm the absolute last resort, if they literally couldn't find anybody else with a pulse. Hire too many of me and it's "problematic" so the safest option is to hire as few of me as possible.
