MarkusL@evan I voted "strong disagree" because there are so many more basic things that many people still can't do: cook nutritious food; run a budget; understand the rudiments of physical and health, and live healthily; assess ideas critically; understand probabilities; find love, if they want it. Let's get those things sorted before we start handing out C compilers. ?
