- Embed this notice@waifu @Flak @kroner don't ? me it is true, it's not like gentoo where installing it takes like a day it's literally 20 minutes max, you partition the drive, you pacstrap all the base packages (linux, linux-firmware, etc, as seen on archwiki), you wait like 2 minutes for it to finish, you mount the root and boot partitions to /mnt and /mnt/boot, then arch-chroot /mnt and configure stuff like locale, sync clocks, set hostname, create user.
then just grub-install or whatever and you're done, you can just install cinnamon or kde then and you just have to memorize the letters of pacman (-S install, -Syu upgrade, -Sy update package lists, -Ss search, -R remove, etc)
