In the 90s and early 2000s I was very much opposed to the overly strict and expansive copyright (“Disney laws”) pushed back then. But I am not sure I appreciate the reversal, given the reasons and benefactors… I’m with you in that regard.</p><p>Still, free software was always a hack of copyright law.
