We'll see whether the Feds met them at the gate, seized their equipment and took them into interview. I can think of half a dozen things they could be charged with before we even get to the cyber law that you'd assume DEFCON attendees would know about. Absent a complete dereliction of duty they are in a world of shit. I doubt the judge will gaf about imaginary 'hacker culture' bs.
