The old formilatikns were PFCs and were taken off the market years ago. The more recent stuff were segregated hydrofluoroether (HFE) compounds or fluoroketones (FK), which have much lower global warming potential. 3M got out of that market, but several other companies, like Best Technologies, still make them, and offer a variety of products that can match the characteristics of specific 3M products.
