@jae The conversation quickly pivoted to how many operational folks I've spoke with in the firm feel our CEO does not give a shit about operations being properly tooled or staffed. All he cares about is the IT department meeting SLAs, and damn the man-hours needed to meet them since we're all salaried anyway. Hell, our retention rate is good, so nothing's broken, right?
