@steter @samlitzinger People do not revolt when they have college loans, mortgages, leases, car payments, credit card bills, kids in school, jobs, security clearances etc.
Ballot boxes are slow and usually bring only small incremental change if you’re lucky. They’re also designed to prevent massive changes quickly by not allowing a full house cleaning in one election, staggering terms etc.
