The bike mechanic asks when you book a full service because it gives an idea how long it'll take her. When I'm grumbling about bike racks, there are specific problems because rack design doesn't accommodate e-bikes and cargo bikes. Although now that you say it, I may start saying horseless buggies for all of them.
