The strict liability structure doesn't take contribution or any other life factors into account, and treats the use of very specific substances as de facto problematic, while promoting others of equal dignity. It also fails to take the person into account. The law unfortunately treats everyone as the lowest common denominator. It treats everyone like a retarded nigger.

Also sobriety isn't a real concept. Everything you put into your body has psychological effects. Ever been hangry and ate? Eating goyslop vs. steak? Etc. What is "sobriety" when it all hits your brain?
