Yeah that's just another long thread of people piling on what they've heard from someone who has heard from someone who has heard ... ad nauseum.

Apparently Proton will make a statement. I'll read that before I feel the need to voice any outrage. It seems commenters on that thread believe someone at Proton must've been involved in adding the in-video section.

I guess Redditors don't know how computers work. I expect more from people on Mastodon.
