It's obvious to all that mixing a Norseman and a negress is race-mixing and should be met with extreme suspicion and discouraged at least. It's when we get to other matters that it gets tricky. Is mixing a slav and an Englishman okay? Is mixing a chinaman and a Spaniard woman okay? Is a White man bleaching a quadroon okay? An octoroon?
