@jeffcliff @Hoss u would think but were draining out spr I thibk we only have like 200 mill barrels left and we can only fill I think 4 mill barrels a day an we dramatically use more than that. So the question is what happens when there isnt enough for government, commercial, and civilian markets¿ civi's get cut first
