JamesWNeal@pathfinder @actuallyautistic Suddenly, sitting in my chair, I realized I wasn't "moving." I was enjoying music and my arms were completely at rest. I checked - they still moved fine, but it was as if for the first time there was an off switch. Moving from the SSRI to generic Wellbutrin took away just enough of that "finally at rest" reaction for me to know what let it happen. The SSRI was like taking a vacation from myself. Stepping outside was helpful, but "not me."
