look up your local baker supply, pretty sure that shit you bought is the exact same stuff thats used in bakerys but 10x the price.
also buying full egg powder from those suppliers is pretty damn usefull because it holds forever, i still use the bags i got from by 2020 coof prep and they are the exect same as when i bought them.
