It's fascinating how people make assumptions about the human breast without considering the whole. It's not just the glands and nipple that facilitate breastfeeding. Structure makes a big difference in milk delivery. some breast shapes have an easier time with it than others
Meanwhile everyone quibbles over size and glands over every other factor. The whole is a beautiful and complex system and modern medicine is too cowardly to really understand it properly. We've literally made way bigger leaps in dairy milking machines than in human breast pumps in the past century because people aren't afraid of offending cows and goats but they are definitely ok with poor pumps for human women and with doing everything possible to make it harder for them to feed their own children.
