Basically "all men created equal" means in the context of the day, a rejection that free men should be ruled over by Kings. "all men are created equal" being the equivalent today of "no kings."
Nothing to do with wamens or negros or anything else.
At the time the only people considered "men" were landowners more or less, so slave class and peasants embracing communism wasn't the meaning.
