ValorZard@whitequark does ircv3 have support for storing history? its VERY annoying whenever I use IRC that I can't scroll up and see previous messages (especially when some IRC servers are super dead, so i either have to leave a browser tab open for days to see if I get a response or hope that the IRC channel has an archive or something)
