It is quite possible that the account of Robert Reich is an automatic account that only reposts what he shares elsewhere, most likely made by someone who works with him or by someone anonymous.
He is not reading anyones replies, and he is not familiar with fediverse's "culture". And that is understandable. I would take what I can get, given the circumcitions.
