I think the vid's obviously a training material for foreigners (which are emotion-driven), so they don't want Japaneses to ruin it by writing against it in their own blogs or Twitter. It's just best to ban their access.

But yes, didn't they insist filming inside the bookstores? Even they said they are not allowed to? I'm not familiar with the law in Japan, but I think this could be the worry.
