@sun @teratology @piggo and sometimes machiavellian types will put dumb and evil people in positions where they can do what comes naturally. got me thinking it might be good to really research the people trump's got working in ICE, who they are and how they got there, see if anything stands out.

this is also similar to how israel is prosecuting the genocide in gaza-- put the dumbest, evilest people in charge of the food distribution centers without any training and minimal instruction, and when what's inevitably gonna happen happens they can blame it on the individuals doing what comes naturally. the etiology of the blame is gonna be different in the case of ICE, instead of being used to deflect blame it's gonna be used to focus it on Trump and the magachuds (interesting how that dynamic works, it's such a flexible technique), but it's a very simliar principle.

that is, if I'm not totally schizo which in this case is possible.
