Regarding double jeopardy, no. Double jeopardy is jurisdictional. A person could be tried in a state court by the state, win, and then be tried in a federal court. Just like you could be tried in two different states for kidnapping if you took someone from California to Nevada, which could also land a third federal charge since you crossed state lines.
