Being an uber-jew he didn’t have a “handler”, and spent much of his adult life under heavily influence by a number of big-brained goys - most notably Kurt Gödel (not to mention Einstein’s first wife, Mileva Marić). Personally, I have my doubts that he was a deliberate plagiarist - but it’s not impossible. That said, everything after striking it big in 1905 was at least manufactured for him.
