Hashbangperl@thomasfuchs @pdcawley some "really good on paper" drugs have very high frequency of unpleasant side effects, acne drugs even asthma drugs. Its part of any evaluation for drugs combating long term and chronic illnes.. if you have to live with a great deal of discomfort for decades but have already adapted to a chronic condition its not always a simple choice
