Sounds good on paper, but expensive and lock in into one ecosystem. If companies like #Fairphone and #framework really cared, they would lobby for introducing one standard for all components. They also open source everything. Right now looks to me like creating small monopolies at small niches. Again, it's a step forward but not entirely the product "for humanity".
