2. "convened by the WHO" means the WHO chose these people or this organization SPECIFICALLY.
3. Charged language at the end, no one actually believes they care about preventing the next pandemic, and the lab leak hypothesis isn't a conspiracy theory.

The whole thing looks like the WHO paid for researchers they selected to give them a result they wanted, it's right there at the end. They NEED to demonstrate zoonotic origins because they destroyed trust in the medical field in 2020.
