This is, of course, bullshit. The Newgon "Here's shit to spew at people" script claims these studies exist. It's like that guy that was using their "debate script" on fedi and he kept giving the "Name et al (Year)" citation but couldn't actually name the paper, so I dug up the paper. If you actually read the studies, half the time the information claimed to be inside them is completely fabricated, and sometimes the "1 in 5" was accurate, but the sample set was men that were in prison for rape.
