    @maxleibman These were all sold by Amazon itself?

    Last summer when I did my big train journey, a few items I bought from Amazon just showed up broken but they were quick to offer a refund and didn't want the thing back. That's a good indicator that they know it's crap.

    I'd be interested in what alternatives people who don't drive use for getting things like toilet paper delivered.
