@PurpCat @phnt @verita84 @voltrina Most of the work on Asahi GNU/Linux doesn't have much to do with Linux - Linux patches are only a certain part of development - there are many other parts.

It is utter stupidity to reward an enemy of humanity by purchasing a expensive fruity toy from them that is handcuffed to the point that apple can decide that their computers will refuse to run GNU/Linux and implement that.

It is much more useful to port GNU boot to more computers and write missing free VBIOS's, Wi-Fi software and EC software etc (and possibly even less work to do so), but of course not.
