- Embed this notice@SevenChins @C_J_S @graf @cbrooklyn112 Yeah, raccoons are definitely one of those "we should domesticate these guys" animals. And I know some animals tolerate rabies better than we do, I forget the specifics.
As far as rabies goes in humans from what I remember, if you get in early with a suspect bite (bat in a house is acting weird, so pretty suspect), then it's not a huge deal to get the shots. It's the waiting that really fucks things up. Ideally you want the first HRIG shot before the day is out.
